Who operates this store

CheerThread is a trading name used by Lâm Long Vũ, who owns and operates cheerthread.com as an individual seller (sole proprietor) based in Ha Tinh, Vietnam. CheerThread is not a separately incorporated company, and no company registration number applies.

Lâm Long Vũ is the legal seller and website operator: he is the merchant of record for every order placed here, is the party that receives your payment, and is responsible for fulfilling your order, handling refunds and answering support requests.

How your order is actually made

We want to be straight with you about how this works, because “print-on-demand” means different things at different shops.

  • We design and sell. The artwork, the product range, the pricing, the website and the customer support are all CheerThread.
  • We do not print in-house. Printing, packing and dispatch are carried out by third-party print-on-demand fulfilment partners we work with.
  • Where it happens. Most orders are produced at partner facilities in the United States. A small number of items are produced at a partner facility outside the United States. Which facility handles your order depends on the product and current capacity.
  • Who ships it. The partner facility packs your parcel and hands it to the carrier — typically USPS, UPS or FedEx. Tracking is emailed to you automatically.
  • Where we ship. We currently deliver to United States addresses only.
