What we collect

Order data — name, email, shipping address, phone number, order contents and order history.
Payment data — handled by our payment processors. We receive only a confirmation and the last four digits and card type; we never see or store your full card number or CVV.
Account data — if you create an account: email, password hash, saved addresses.
Support data — messages, photos and order references you send us.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed and cookies, used to run the site, keep the cart working and understand traffic.

To take payment, produce your order and deliver it.

Print-on-demand fulfilment partners. CheerThread does not print in-house. To produce and dispatch your order we send your name, shipping address, phone number and the item details to the third-party partner facility handling it. Facilities are located in the United States and, for a small number of items, outside the United States — which means your shipping details may be transferred internationally for those orders. Partners may use your data only to fulfil the order.
Shipping carriers. Your name, address and phone number are passed to the carrier delivering your parcel — typically USPS, UPS or FedEx — so they can deliver it and provide tracking.
Payment processors. Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment providers (including PayPal for PayPal transactions), who handle your payment data under their own privacy policies and security standards.
Website and email infrastructure. Our hosting provider, email delivery service and website analytics, which process data on our instructions.
Legal. Where we are required to disclose data by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
