Buying from a small print-on-demand shop should feel as safe as buying from a big one. Here is exactly what we promise — and what we do not — so there are no surprises.
Who you are buying from
CheerThread is owned and operated by Lâm Long Vũ, an individual seller based in Ha Tinh, Vietnam. He is the legal seller and website operator for cheerthread.com, receives payment for every order, and is responsible for your order, its delivery and after-sales support. Our 30-day guarantee
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship it free, or refund you in full — your choice. Send your order number and a photo to support@cheerthread.com. You do not need to ship the item back for an approved damage or misprint claim.
If you ordered the wrong size
Made-to-order items cannot be refunded for a wrong size choice. We do offer a size exchange within 30 days of delivery, on unworn and unwashed items: you cover the return shipping and a $5.99 flat rate to send the replacement out, and we email you a return address once your request is approved. The full terms are set out in our Refund & Return Policy — please read them before requesting an exchange. To avoid the trouble entirely, check the size chart on the product page first.
If your parcel goes missing
Every order ships with tracking. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or the carrier marks a parcel delivered but it never arrived, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will reprint and reship at our cost or refund you in full.
Your payment is protected
Payments are processed by established payment providers over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection. CheerThread never sees or stores your full card number. Details are on our Payment & Security page.
Your data is protected
We collect only what is needed to take payment and get your parcel to you, and we share it only with the payment processor, the print partner producing your order, and the carrier delivering it. We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy.
Honest product information
Product photos are mockups that show the actual design on the actual garment style we print on. Material, fit, care, sizing and available colours are listed on every product page. Printed colours can vary slightly from screen to screen — that alone is not a defect, but if a print looks wrong to you, send us a photo and we will look at it.
Our designs
Designs sold on CheerThread are created for CheerThread by our own design team. We do not knowingly sell artwork that infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark or other rights. If you believe a design infringes your rights, our takedown process is on the Intellectual Property & DMCA page and we act on valid notices promptly.
What is not covered
- Change of mind after production has started.
- Items worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Claims made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Delivery delays caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
