Who am I buying from?
CheerThread is owned and operated by Lâm Long Vũ, an individual seller based in Ha Tinh, Vietnam. He is the legal seller and merchant of record for every order. Details are on our About Us page.
How do I place an order?
Pick a design you love, choose size and colour, add to cart, check out. Done — we take it from there.
Do you print the shirts yourselves?
No. We design and sell them; printing, packing and dispatch are handled by third-party print-on-demand fulfilment partners, mostly at facilities in the United States and, for a few items, outside the US. More detail on our About Us page.
When will my card be charged?
At checkout. Every item is made to order, so production is paid up front. See Payment & Security.
What are your shirts like?
100% ringspun cotton, unisex classic fit, DTG-printed for sharp detail. Every product page lists material, fit, care, available sizes and colours, and a size chart with measurements in both centimetres and inches plus instructions on how to measure.
Do you ship internationally?
No — we currently ship to United States addresses only. We are not able to accept orders to addresses outside the US at this time.
How long will my order take?
5–12 business days in total: 2–5 business days production, then 3–7 business days transit within the US. Shipping is a $5.99 flat rate per order, with tracking on every parcel. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
Who delivers my order?
Typically USPS, UPS or FedEx. The carrier is named in your tracking email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, provided production has not started. After that the item is usually already being printed and cannot be changed. There is no cancellation fee. See our Cancellation Policy.
My item arrived damaged, misprinted or wrong — what now?
So sorry! Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship it free, or refund you in full — your choice. You do not need to send the item back. See our Refund & Return Policy.
I ordered the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if the item is unworn and unwashed. Because it was made to order we cannot refund a wrong-size choice, but we will swap it for another size: you cover the return shipping plus a $5.99 flat rate to send the replacement out. Email us and we will approve the exchange and send you a return address — please don’t post anything back before you have that address. Full terms in our Refund & Return Policy.
Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
No. Made-to-order items can’t be resold, so change of mind isn’t refundable. If you’re quick, you may still be able to cancel — see our Cancellation Policy.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
