Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of cheerthread.com and any order you place here. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with the policies linked at the bottom of this page — they form part of the agreement.

1. Who you are contracting with

cheerthread.com is owned and operated by Lâm Long Vũ, an individual seller (sole proprietor) based in Ha Tinh, Vietnam, trading under the name CheerThread. CheerThread is a trading name, not a separately incorporated company.

“We”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean Lâm Long Vũ trading as CheerThread. Lâm Long Vũ receives payment for every order and is responsible for fulfilment, refunds and support. When you place an order, your contract is with him.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You must provide accurate, complete billing and shipping information.

3. Products, made-to-order model and fulfilment

All items are printed to order. We design and sell the products; printing, packing and dispatch are performed by third-party print-on-demand fulfilment partners at facilities in the United States and, for a small number of items, outside the United States. Because each item is produced individually for you, cancellation and return rights are limited as set out in our Cancellation Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

Product images are mockups showing the actual design on the garment style we print on. Printed colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. Material, fit, care and sizing information is listed on each product page.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item cannot be produced, if payment cannot be verified, if the shipping address is outside the United States, if pricing or product information was published in error, or if the order appears fraudulent.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, which is added at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods and how your payment data is handled are described on our Payment & Security page. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order already confirmed.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to United States addresses only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Full details — rates, production time, total delivery time, carriers and shipping origin — are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, refunds and exchanges

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of payment, before production starts — see our Cancellation Policy. Damaged, misprinted or incorrect items are reprinted or refunded within 30 days of delivery; wrong-size items may be exchanged at your cost; change of mind is not refundable. 8. Intellectual property

The CheerThread name, logo, website content and product designs are our property or used with permission, and may not be copied, resold or used commercially without written consent. If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, follow the notice procedure on our Intellectual Property & DMCA page.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy its content systematically, or to submit false order or payment information. We may suspend access or cancel orders where these terms are breached.

10. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

11. Privacy

How we collect, use and share your personal data — including with our print partners, carriers and payment processors — is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The last-updated date is shown below.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you where you live. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved by email within 24 hours.
