We take intellectual property seriously — both ours and everyone else’s. This page explains who owns what on cheerthread.com and how to report content you believe infringes your rights.

Our content

The CheerThread name, logo, website copy, product photography and the artwork printed on our products are owned by Lâm Long Vũ, trading as CheerThread, or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use them commercially without written consent.

How our designs are created

Designs sold on CheerThread are created in-house for CheerThread by our own design team. We do not accept artwork submissions from the public, and we do not resell third-party design catalogues. If that ever changes, this page will be updated to describe the process and the rights checks that apply.

We do not knowingly offer artwork that infringes anyone’s copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights. Where a design references a real-world subject, we aim to rely on original expression, generic subject matter, or material genuinely in the public domain. If we get something wrong, we want to hear about it and we will act.

Reporting infringement (DMCA notice)

If you own rights in a work and believe it has been used on this site without authorisation, send a written notice to support@cheerthread.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”, including:

  1. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  2. Identification of the work you claim has been infringed (a registration number, or a link to where it is published).
  3. The exact URL(s) on cheerthread.com of the product or content you are reporting.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We acknowledge notices within 2 business days and, where a notice is valid and complete, remove or disable the reported listing promptly while we investigate.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a court of competent jurisdiction. We will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content in line with applicable law.

Repeat infringement

Listings that are the subject of repeated valid notices are removed permanently, and any account associated with repeat infringement is terminated.

Trademark concerns

Trademark complaints follow the same route. Email support@cheerthread.com with the subject line “Trademark Notice”, your registration details, the URL(s) concerned and an explanation of the conflict.
